This privacy policy applies to the GoldBase: Prices & Tools app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by CxN (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit
• The time and date of your visit
• The time spent on those pages and in the Application
• The operating system used on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.

For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Advertising ID, device info, and user behavior. The information that is requested will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties as described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• As required by law (e.g., to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process)

• With trusted service providers who work on behalf of the Service Provider and agree to adhere to this privacy policy

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. Use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided Data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data, please contact them at cxnhelpcentre@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

Users can request deletion of their account and all associated data by emailing us at cxnhelpcentre@gmail.com. Once we receive a valid request, we will permanently delete the account and data within a reasonable time. Some data may be retained only if required by law.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be deleted immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at cxnhelpcentre@gmail.com.

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are in place to protect the data processed and maintained.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Application is considered approval of all changes.
